Let's see..what am I going to talk about? Fleet enema I guess..damn..

Well there are lots of things to talk about...
The results has just come out and everyone passed...
So old news...moving on...

Yesterday...
After waking up from my sleep in the afternoon I was playig this blood infinity game on my iPad 2(which I bought on June 11th, 2011.), it was so awesome...I'm on level 20 I think...then something happened very uncomfortable...in my RECTUM...there was something moving inside..That's like a big EWWWW...I was familiar with the sensation I was feeling that time...when I was a kid..it felt a bit like that...dad said it was the worms...EWWWW...
So anyway, went to the accidental and emergency department...got consulted and got the prescription...
I was given antibiotics...metronidazole...I might have infection I guess..hence the antibiotics..lol...and paracetamol..incase I got fever..
And the one thing I hate was given to me...FLEET ENEMA!!!!!!!!

Well I actually like the enema when inserting it to the patients' rectum...lol...but inserting it in my own rectum from my anus is way different story...self insert of course..I don't want them to insert it because I know who they are..I mostly know them...one thing about hospital..PRIVACY..NOT SO much...lol..people talk and talk until it gets to your ears....I know life's a bitch as they say.

Speaking about enema...position..I used the one that I used on my patient...it's not comfortable but it less disturbing...I used the left turning position with one arm rest and one inserting the fleet enema...damn...it's cold and uncomfortable...but the chest knee position also known as doggie style...EWWWW...

I would like to take the fleet enema a picture but it's kinda disgusting.

Going for clinical And preparation for the farewell

Starting today...I have clinical placement at ward 6 and only 6 more days to go... Plus 1 day at IHS. For make up day...we are involved in the preparation of cgu Julaini's farewell..I am involved in the games section..hasnal and beb has lots to do..including my cousin, Ayu, has participate in the dance performance, singing and the games section..she has lots of ideas...hehehehe ...nyce one Jenny..hasnal and beb has work a lot in booking the place...preparing stuffs like tables, the catering...Luna is also singing other than Ayu...ain, dye, yeyen and some other people that I do not know is involved in the dance performance...I look forward to see the performances..juniors are also involved as well as the seniors..yea!...I even have a surprise game for this event..hehehe...I would like to upload pictures but at the moment I can't still getting to know the use of this should I say laptop..lol..most people does not know about it...it's a secret until the next 2 months. And I'll be saving money to buy my dream camera.
Let's just hope I can collect the money and buy it in this December...it has been along time I have not take pictures..
I Really missed it and I really really really missed my samsung i8.

I am very thankful to god that I have Passed my Osce exam for this semester and also thankful for the previous ones although I did failed once because of one silly mistake...hehehehe...for those who failed..I know you can do it. I hope to see you passed your remedial exam for Osce. Amin Amin Ya Rabal Alamin. Only one more semester to go guys and not to forget our final exams for management semester and dissertation..I hope to see we all passed and dap at keraja nanti and kalau murah rezeki sambaing belajar.... Amin.

Sorry for not being updating my blog like I used to do

it's nearly a year I guess
last semester..I was busy

this semester I am busy to the max and I'm kinda chasing my time..
there's no more room for PROCRASTINATION

and the next semester will be my last

So many things has happened... school life and clinical...I seriously don't want to talk about that...as I said so many things has happened...I made a weebly website..but I'm not into it...well it is easy and all but I don't know but I preferred blogging..I mean weebly has blog..but I think I am a loyal kind...lol.

I too joined the UBD art exhibition..it was awesomeness..and masdiana joined too as well as Lina..hahaha their works of art were Great!!!!

1st of all, I would Like to say
SELAMAT HARI RAYA AIDILFITRI MAAF ZAHIR DAN BATIN to all!
Raya has been ok so far but as I expected I still do not have the Raya MOde..
It's so annoying but I am glad I have a full fasting MONTh..
My first day was OK..went to KG Putat Baong..my dad's childhood and teenage hood's place..
My mother is staying there with my sister..so we went to visit her..and so on..My second was...I stayed at home doing something...
Third..same as day 2..but there are some changes...
I went to eat at this Korean restaurant at Qlap...
It was OK but it wasn't my kind of food..all I can say I was not hungry and adventurous at all...
After that, We went to buy 2 pair of new shoes for me and went to see the Resident Evil : AfterLife Movie...It was AWESOMENESS!..siuk lah...my money was not wasted like some movies I've watched...pictures below..hahaha..cutey shoes!

Well..today was my last day of clinical kat Accidental and Emergency Dept.
Hari ani pling lama masa kan balik and p sibuk..
Nwy..got my new scissor...tourniquet...and was given a torch light for free...by Kaka Mariam..
again today the insertion of the cannulation failed...
sasak ku nda tah pandai dpt kli tu...damn...nanti g ku bljr..
Tonight aku donate blood..as it was open..
kelurusan ku bayar for my gunting d A+E..hehee
bnyk chinese..an association...
sampai jua hajat ku mendonate..hehehe
I'm kinda hungry at the moment..hehe
I lost 6 kilos dah..hehe tdi 58.7KG..hehehe

It's too painful but good news I passed my supplement.
I'm looking forward for this puasa and I wish my wish will come true..that is all.

Lots of things to do like focusing on the presentations, assignments and the exams as well as the clinical areas. Hope everything works for me.

I haven't been updating my blog lately..
so busy..!
but the real reason is ...I'm lazy..hehehe
anywho, tomorrow is a big day for me and my art club members..
plus the connection sucks...
I think I'm going to buy a GO! broadband device..DST..heheh
I'm so excited and nervous for tomorrow... I want to shake Sultan's hands..
wish I can sleep tonight due to the insomnia I'm having...
wish everything is back to normal...
I missed my dad too...
Fasting month is getting closer day by day...
and this semester I'm going to Accidental and Emergency dept for my first clinical rotation...
I'm kinda nervous..but I want to accept the challenge...
for my 2nd rotation I will be at the Anggrek Clinics...
and for my 3rd rotation, I will be at the RIPAS Mental Health Unit...
Let's just hope I can deal with everything including my presentations and assignments and..attendance..and discipline...and oSCE exam too.
I don't to disappoint others again and of course my self...
hope my supp exam is alright..and I hope to score for this semester's exams..amin..mudahan jua ku pass...I want to get an A for once in my life... I mean I have gotten B,C,D,E and F..this time I want to get an A on my favorite subjects in Nursing.

because I passed
my resit examination (Life Science)
and I went to the Gala NIte sama my
beloved KAJEn

Anyway, Her sista said she looked simple and plain (NORMAL)..
but for OK dah..hehehe..

Tdi ganti the timing belt..
yesterday ganti the fans sensor (I got 2 fans for that STUPID car)
stress ku oleh nya
even Babu pun jua...

as far as I'm concerned.

Anyway, tdi yg buat ku marah banar2
It's not the CAR TROUBLE.
I was fasting and
this TOwing Indian guy was
pissing me off..
marah bah ku arahnhya..
Buduh bnr kaling atu...
majalnya bukan men..
anywho...
my car that my bro was driving
overheated lagi...
bru jua ganti timing belt..
although that has nothing to do with it...
So I called Towing agency to pick my car up
where it is stranded in between FLYOVERs
Menglait and Airport...some where around that arealah
So we together sama My brother bawa the Car and the
LingKa buduh tu as well..
So sampai tah ke worksyop..dakat
Sugar Bun...so the chinese mechanic said that..
the car overheated because of the Tangki..
so we have to go arah the worksHop that
I asked the Lingka 2 bring the car to the
Piasau WorksHop..
inda ia membagi tau aku
Lingka atu that He will charge me $35 to go there...
cos my insurance only cover for 1 time towing a day...
bila nah ia membagi tau..time aku ikut pick up ah
...nda buduh dimana...
atu pun aku nda fhm ckpnya as u dun reli noe Malay language nya
so Fcuk'd UP..so Iasked him to drive carefully instead of explaining to me...gila bah ia meliat kn semua buku resitnya while driving...
so aku marah time sudah sampai ke Piasau Workshop ah..
mmbgi tia resit..
so I said what is this for...
katanya "u have to pay"
cos the bank insurance only covers 1 trip towing to one area...
so I said in my heart WTF!!!
this is where My anger was raging...
I called up my brother in-law
(ask him how many times my insurance are covering for the TOWING)
so he said 5 times..so okay that's fine
but Towing ku 4 kali aja berpakai plus the one yg ke piasau ani 5 x dah...
so abiz th Towing insurance ku...gila bah kajap abiz...just for this year..
buduh2!!!!

So I called up the agency complaining about this $35 charge...
and explaining what the fcuking indian did wrong...
Malay language nya sucks..and very BAD...
from what I was listening he was speaking in Hindustan language
How stupid is that??????
nda jua ku faham tu..
bek jua ku posa bah mun inda...
ilang tah dah sabar ku...
even the mechanic pun marak mata wah aku ngomplain about this indian guy
so in the end..
I have to use the fifth and final towing to pay for the $35..kira abiz lah
but finally when I was still complaining on the phone....cut short aja ah..naleh ku dah...
"esok kita telipun lagi" nya orang ah "We'll reason with the Indian guy and try to make the final towing insurance cover tinggal 1 g...."
atu banar puas ati ku...
That was my first time aku marah arah org dapan my brother...

went to skool..then nda tau kn buat apa jua sana so we went to Mr.Dee's office and hung out sna sekjp...aku batah plng cos i have to do sumthing to his office PC ah...bnyk jua ku install kn brng2 yg perlu lah aja...so abiz tu we buang boreng..ambil mirul dulu arah GSE then kmi jalan2 ke serusop cri buku medical surgical...then pastu kmi ke sana...tutup kadai ahg as in bankcrupt kah apa...hahaha...
sian......ingat ku masih aku beli buku fundamental of nursing di sna..before ku join nursing..i mean before ku strt skulah...which means after ku interview n got accepted and all..confident g tu aku ah dpt masuk nursing abd I rejected the teknikal offer..hehehhe..tiwas tah tu eh...salnya aku apply of apprienticeship of cookery bukanya hotel management
